DUPONT v. POLAROID GRAPHICS IMAGING INC. Represented DuPont in its Complaint that Polaroid's imaging film infringed a DuPont patent (D.C. DE. 1988).

IN THE MATTER OF CERTAIN ELECTRICALLY RESISTANT MONO COMPONENT TONER. Represented Canon in the US International Trade Commission investigation of the complaint of the Aunyx Corporation that Canon committed unfair actions under the US Tariff Laws(ITC 1987).

N.V. AKZO v. DUPONT. Represented DuPont in defense of the Complaint that DuPont's manufacture of Kevlar fiber infringed an Akzo process patent (E.D. VA., 1986).

IN THE MATTER OF CERTAIN ARAMID FIBER. Represented DuPont in the US International Trade Commission investigation of the Complaint of DuPont that Akzo violated section 337 of the Tariff Act by the importation of aramid fiber manufactured outside the United States by a process covered by a DuPont patent (ITC 1983).

N.V. AKZO v. DUPONT. Represented DuPont in defense of Akzo's Declaratory Judgment action alleging that six patents of DuPont covering it Kevlar fiber, where not infringed, invalid and unenforceable (D.C.DE. 1983).

IN THE MATTER OF CERTAIN ROTARY WHEEL PRINTERS. Represented Canon in the International Trade Commission investigation of the Complaint of the Qume Corporation that the importation of Canon electronic typewriters infringed a Qume patent and constituted an unfair act under 337 of the Tariff laws (ITC 1983).

CANON U.S.A v. SABER SALES CORP. Represented Canon in its Complaint that Saber sale of cameras which competed against Canon's Snappy cameras, constituted unfair competition and trademark infringement(E.D. NY.1983).

PERKIN-ELMER CORP. v. CANON INC.. Represented Canon in defense of the Complaint that certain Canon optical aligners for making printed circuits infringed two Perkin-Elmer patents (N.D.CAL. 1982).

DUPONT v. HERCULES. Represented DuPont in its Complaint that Hercules dry film photoresist infringed a DuPont patent covering its Reston film product (D. C. DEL. 1981).

CARL E. COY v. UNION CARBIDE CORP. Represented Union Carbide in the defense of Mr. Coy's Complaint that Union Carbide misappropriated his trade secrets relating to capacitors(E.D. LA. 1980).

DELONG CORP. V. RAYMOND INTERNATIONAL ,INC. represented Raymond in defense of the Complaint that Raymond's jack up barge mechanism infringed a DeLong patent (D.C. NJ. 1976).

CORNING GLASS WORKS v. INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH. Represented ITT in defense of the Complaint that ITT's communication optical fibers infringed three Corning patents (W.D.VA., 1976).

PRESTON G. GADDIS v. CALGON CORP. Represented Calgon in an accounting proceeding, following a bench trial finding that Calgon's well solutions infringed the plaintiff's patent (N.D. TX. 1976).

DUPONT v. EFI INDUSTRIES. Represented DuPont in its complaint that EFI's explosive metal cladding process infringed a DuPont patent (D.C.CO. 1973).

SERGEANT INDUSTRIES, INC. v. SUNDSTRAND CORP. Represented Sundstrand in defense of the Complaint that Sundstrand's flap actuators for the Lockheed L-1011 aircraft infringed a patent owned by Sargeant (N.D. IL. 1973).

BALTIMORE AIRCOIL COMPANY INC. v. E.D. GOODFELLOW COMPANY. Represented Baltimore Aircoil in its Complaint that Goodfellow cooling towers infringed Baltimore Aircoil's patents (W.D.TN. 1972).
